Virtual Terminal is used to pay for goods/services via the client card by the operators having access to IPS Assist interface. Virtual Terminal allows you to conduct such operations as MOTO and POS key entry (input card data in the presence of the client).

The virtual terminal users are employees of offline stores or call centers (managers, cashiers, etc.).

Creation of users and assigning the rights are tasks of the administrator of a legal entity - a responsible person of the store. For the convenience of the payment transaction the administrator creates special users who have access to only one merchant. This eliminates the selection of the merchant at the time of payment.

The following payments (depending on the settings) can be performed from the section 'Virtual Terminal':

manual input in the absence of the client (MOTO);
manual input in the presence of the client (POS key entry).

A payment can be performed only by user, which has necessary rights in the system. User rights can be checked by following way:

right-click on the user in section 'Users';
select 'Edit Rights' from the context menu;
check that column ’Access’ is checked in line ‘Virtual terminal’ of section ’Components’.
