To log into Personal Account you should enter your login and password on your Personal account page1 and press Commit button. Then you will come into the Personal Account.

If the login or password is entered not correctly, the following message appears:

It is possible to recover a forgotten password. Click on the "Forgot your password?" button, which opens the password recovery page.

Here you have to enter the used account name (login) and the e-mail address specified when creating this account. If this login exists in the system and it corresponds to this e-mail address, the following message will be displayed on the screen:

By clicking on the link, the user can set a new password.
Attention! Password should be 8 to 20 symbols long and should contain Latin alphabet symbols (upper/lower case) and digits. Password must contain both – alphabet symbols and digits. The password can not repeat any of the last three passwords previously used for this account.
The link for password recovery is valid for a limited time. The validity period of the link will be sent in the Email for password recovery.
Note. An Email message with the link for password recovery will be generated in the language that was set for this user in the system.
If the specified login does not exist in the system, or the specified e-mail address does not match, or the user does not have the right to change their own password, the following message will be displayed:

The following modules are available in the Personal Account: Orders monitor, Reports and Options. Other modules are available to users with the appropriate rights.
